that this will not change unless my credit does is this right? if not is there a lender who will lend to people with bad credit? i have a phone on contract as well as rent etc that is paid and up to date as well as credit card that is paid

No one here can tell you if you will qualify for lunch. You just need to check with legit lenders. I would avoid the spammers here, because many could be phishing expeditions to steal identities.

Lenders are licensed by states, and may be chartered by the FDIC.

THE POSTER IS A FRAUD.
Has anyone else heard that if someone is offering a loan and their email address contains @yahoo or @gmail that its a hoax? Just wondering because alot of these people have the same situation and people who “helped” them, but yet they all have different names themselves. Watch out for scam artists who want your last few dollars.
